Hello RWS!
Raizor and I have been working on some new tools for our members site.
You will soon see 2 new buttons in the member area.
Below is just an overview of how to use the page!
These new buttons will allow you to set on a day by day basis the times that you would be available to
raid and/or group, Also you will be able to view daily availability everyone who has set there availability.
I am now going to help you learn these new tools!
To set your daily availability. Click on:
By default all should be set at Not Available to change it just click the drop down box for the time you
would like to change and choose the correct time. If for example you where available on monday
from 10:00 pm until 1:00am server time you would set your availability like this:
click to save changes.
Now i will show you the new
After click on that button you will see a page with links like this:
Click you and you will get:
Where you can click on someone's name to view there entire availability
Please reply to this post with and question you may have about using these new tool and i will be glad to help you. _________________

Officers,
Please encourage other members who wish to raid to fill this out, as well as new members who join. When they register they should fill this out as well and it will help us plan better in the future.
Thanks! _________________ Take a screenshot trick, im on a mount bitch

When managing the BKP lists - obviously 100 level 80's can be cumbersome.
Can you guys code in a way to sort the members in the list by 'days since last raid'?
ie, if I raided on tuesday, adding my name to the list (as of today) as 'days since raid' = 4
So that the more active raiders are at the top - and easier to locate? I know there is the seperation of 'common' raiders and 'the rest' alphabetically but 100 names is alot to look at.
It'll also allow us to purge the roster due to inactivity more regularly. |

We may be able to do that as an option...
We could also create "raid groups". for example we could have a "Core 10" raid group that we could add/remove members from so when you go to add people to BKP you can click a link to see the members of that group.
we could have multiple groups like "core 10" "Core 25" or even make up names for our teams like "Team Alpha" "Team Nitro" or whatever.
just some thoughts
all I have to say is THANK GOD we dont have to add users one by one like we originally did _________________ Take a screenshot trick, im on a mount bitch

Oh btw these two new pages are live in the member's area so feel free to set your availability for if and when you can raid.
Also i like the idea of being able to create team rosters you could even use a tool like that for 5, 10 and 25 man teams of any other group u want to make _________________
