<Runs With Scissors> is a Social Raiding guild on the Balnazzar (PvP)-US Realm of World of Warcraft that focuses on a friendly, fun enviornment. We do try and raid and progress in the game but our main focus is not gear or progression, it is fun first, all the rest second.

In a WoW Blue forum post blizzard explains some of the changes coming to the gear stats.

A huge thanks goes out to Laozi for hooking us up with a Teamspeak 3 server!! So from this point on the new Teamspeak server will be used for all Guild events.

Our Teamspeak page has been updated to reflect the new server and the login is working! For instructions on how to setup Teamspeak [Go Here].

The Teamspeak 2 server will still be online until the end of the month but we will not use it for Guild events. If you wish to use this for questing and such feel free to.

"... There is a piece of malware (emcor.dll is what is being reported at the moment) that is being used as a hijacking tool to facilitate Man-in-the-Middle attacks on users."

"... To explain in the simplest way possible, instead of data being broadcast directly to Blizzard when trying to log in to your account, that data is being broadcast to a third party via this malware. This includes your authenticator code. Rather than you logging into your account, the hacker on the other end does so. They log into your account, clear out your characters, and move around virtual funds to fulfill orders from players buying gold. This method of circumvention has been theorized since the release of the key fobs, but it has only now started to actually happen."

We have had quite a few new people join RWS in the last couple days, which has allowed us to start a 25 man group! Our first 25 man downed Marrowgar on our second try after clearing 25TOC with a mostly guild run!

Per Blue poster Zarhym on the official world of warcraft forums, they made changes to the loot in OCC when it done as a random heroic.

To encourage players not to shy away from the many invigorating adventures to be had in The Oculus, we have applied a change to enhance the rewards players are provided when selected for this dungeon via the Random Heroic option in the Dungeon Finder. Once Ley-Guardian Eregos is defeated, one loot bag per character will be provided in his chest in addition to the current rewards. Each loot bag will offer players rare gems, two additional Emblems of Triumph, and a chance of being rewarded the Reins of the Blue Drake. These fine treasures could be yours should you honor your fellow party members by besting the challenges contained within The Oculus! Keep in mind, however, that these extra loot bags will only be awarded to each party member if Oculus is selected by the Dungeon Finder when players choose the Random Heroic option.

In light of this change, the Reins of the Azure Drake will now have a chance of dropping in both 10- and 25-player versions of The Eye of Eternity.

 As you may have noticed... a few things have changed here. And more changes will be coming soon to improve the website. 

All BKP logs have been reset to improve the way we log our bkp actions. but don't worry, All BKP values and totals were not lost. On the members page when you log in you will be able to view the most recent loots and boss kills you were awarded, and your current BKP Balances.

Other small changes will be happening soon, so keep an eye out.
